New Wildcat travel trailer in full production

(Wakarusa, Ind.) – The Wildcat division of Elkhart, Ind., based Forest River, Inc., is pleased to announce the introduction of an all-new travel trailer targeting the high-volume, mid-price laminated trailer market.

"Following up on the success of our fifth wheel redesign last fall, we’ve hit another home run with our travel trailer launch,” said Chris Saal, Wildcat Sales Manager.  “Our dealers were very specific with what they wanted this trailer to be.  That included an emphasis on exterior and interior styling, an emphasis on functional floorplans, and an aggressive price point,” he said.

The Wildcat travel trailer has an ivory high-gloss fiberglass exterior with a premium graphics package and a two-tone painted front cap with LED light accents. Leading features on the interior include a 40” LED television, glazed cherry hardwood cabinet doors, and deluxe residential furniture. Customer-friendly upgrades include an Extreme Thermal Package, 82” sidewalls and slide room heights that are among the tallest in the industry.  The new Wildcat also comes standard with a prep kit for Sway Command™ Tow Control Technology.

Wildcat travel trailers are currently being delivered across North America.  Bluegrass RV, located in Lexington, Ky., received one of the very first units to ship.  According to General Manager Rocky Blankenship, “This new Wildcat is the hottest, most stylish looking travel trailer we have seen in a very long time!  When the first one landed, we called our rep and tripled our order.  We are excited to be offering the Wildcat down here in the heart of Wildcat country.”
