Our family owned RV resort boasts a friendly atmosphere and a comfortable lifestyle—without the restrictions you might find at corporate-owned communities. Affordable luxury and amenities are always available.
Attracting both winter visitors and permanent residents, our park features huge RV lots and over 20,000 square feet of clubhouse space, packed with amenities. Pets are permitted, and a plethora of on-site activities encourage a sense of camaraderie among the Carefree Village community.
What kind of resort-style homes are available at Carefree Village Resort?
Carefree has grown our resort home opportunities for those who would prefer to have a homebase in the community, whether as their second home or their primary residence. That way, they can continue to enjoy their RV beyond our walls for their leisure, and then return to their lovely oasis in Carefree Village Resort. Our manufactured homes range in size from one-bedroom and one-bath homes to three-bedroom and two-bath homes. The approximate living space ranges from the mid 600’s to 1,400 square feet.
What makes the resort homes so attractive? For starters, the sites have large lots, ground level sets with concrete driveways, lovely awnings and sheds that are a part of every home package. Their popularity has expanded rapidly, which has caused the sales community to bring in a very nice selection of model homes that are now available for sale to guests and visitors alike.
