The District of Lake Country offers RVing visitors everything they could possibly want. There are 20 parks in the area, 14 of which have public swimming beaches on Wood, Kalamalka and Okanagan lakes. Whitehorse is a lively city with many attractions you can only find in up north. Visit the "fish ladder" between mid-July and mid-August to see a barrage of Chinook salmon pass through on their way to their spawning grounds, or take in the view from the top of Grey Mountain.
