Mackenzie Crossroads Museum and Visitors Centre
At the Mackenzie Crossroads Museum and Visitors Centre, you can stop by any time of year to learn more about High Level's history and visitor-friendly activities. The centre has a gift shop, an outdoor picnic area, tons of vacation planning brochures, maps and other helpful information, and locally made arts and crafts for sale. The museum hosts events throughout the year, and features regular exhibits that show guests what life was like in High Level many years ago.
Events and live entertainment
High Level has several festivals throughout the year, including the big Canada Day celebration, which is one of the biggest events in town. The community also hosts a trade show, Winterfest, annual rodeo and Playday in the Park.
