Susan and Wally Welch of Calgary, Alberta, decided to spend a few days of the family holiday at Canyon RV Resort in Radium Hot Springs, B.C., before continuing their trip to Victoria. Susan talked to us about their experience.

Why did you pick this RV park?

They have a very good website that shows the park in detail, including the sites and the amenities.

How long are you staying?

We’re here for three days and then going on to Victoria.

Is there something you especially like about this park?

We love how pretty it is—so green! They put a lot of effort into maintenance—our firepit was cleaned out when we got up this morning—and the showers are free. And we like the sound of the creek—it puts us to sleep at night.
