PASO ROBLES, CA—Cava Robles, a Signature Sun RV Resort and cottage project under development in Paso Robles, California, has chosen two local hospitality professionals to guide day-to-day resort operations.

Lisa Harold, Regional Vice President for Sun Communities and project lead for Cava Robles, has named Nigel Scott as Cava Robles manager, with Kaitlin Butler assuming assistant manager duties.

Scott comes to the post with international experience that includes development of the Residences at The Little Nell, luxurious private mountainside accommodations located at the base of Aspen Mountain. He left the snow about a decade ago to manage real estate projects on the Central Coast. In his new role with Cava Robles, Scott is coordinating planning and development at the under-construction resort and will continue as resort manager after the mid-May opening.

Butler, Cava’s newly named assistant manager, brings a deep knowledge of the RV resort industry to her position. She most recently spent nearly four years as assistant manager at Wine Country RV Resort in Paso Robles, a Sun sister property.

According to Harold, who has led the project team since plans for Cava Robles began to take shape four years ago, the new on-the-ground leadership team at Cava Robles promises top notch service for resort guests. “I was delighted to find these two exceptionally qualified professionals to lead our team,” Harold said. “Nigel brings upscale hospitality experience; Kaitlin has a keen knowledge of both the RV industry and our Sun Communities commitment to excellence, and both have an entrenched love of the Central Coast. They’re a perfect package.”

Reservations for the much-anticipated resort opened in mid-November and are already pacing ahead of projections.  Harold says the countdown to opening at Cava grows more exciting every day. “Buildings are in. Artwork and furniture are arriving. Our pools, patios and spa are in final stages, landscaping is in place and every day we move closer to that magic opening day.” Harold says the RV community is eager to grab a firsthand peek at a Signature Sun RV Resort, but that for now, viewing is limited to online sources like the property website cavaroblesrvresort.com or Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/CavaRoblesRVResort/

Reservations for Cava Robles can be made online at cavaroblesrvresort.com or by phone to (844) 641-5093.
