Lisa Longball, 7-time Canadian Long Drive champion, will be hosting a Ladies Golf Fitness and Power Development Workshop with golf fitness specialist Shannon Heffernan. The clinic will be held on Sunday March 12, 2017 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Golf Canada Calgary Center. This clinic will focus on helping female golfers develop the stability, strength and swing technique to create explosive power in their golf swing which will lead to increased distance! For the first 2 hours of the workshop Shannon will teach golfers how to train their bodies to increase power and decrease injury in their golf swing. For the remaining two hours we will hit the range and start swinging!  Learn the keys to adding distance to ALL of your clubs, not just the driver.

The cost is $239 (plus GST). Space is limited to 10 participants.
